The villa in the historical Akaretler Row Houses, which is the first monumental rowhouses group of the Ottoman, which also gave its name to the district, is located on Suleyman Seba Street, which is in the center of the triangle of Nisantasi, Macka and Besiktas coast.
There are six high ceilinged separate sections in 550 square meters with on the front and rear sides of the staircase, which located in the middle of the villa and adjacent to the other next to it.
